2. The troubleshooting ideas of the control board are as follows:

1) Measure whether the canbus transceivers (4 in total) are functioning properly, that is, whether each logic pin is short-circuited.

2) Measure whether there is a short circuit in the main control microprocessor (BGA). Generally, many capacitors are connected to the back of the BGA. Use the buzzer of the multimeter to measure whether there is a short circuit. If there is a short circuit, it means that the BGA has been damaged. Professional disassembly.

3) In addition, there are a large number of bus data transmission chips/op amps/comparators on the control board. With the help of the IC datasheet, it is possible to troubleshoot one by one, which takes a long time.

4) The 24v to 3.3v/5v power supply chip is also located on the control board. The power supply of the main control chip is 2.5V, so there are two 5v to 2.5v buck step-down chips and voltage regulator chips to meet the main control IC. The power supply is stable.
