Regular maintenance of the placement head of SMT placement machine:
1. First remove the placement head
2. Remove the discarded component box, turn "HEAD SERVO" to OFF, and then remove the Nozzle.
3. Manually turn the patch position between No. 7 and No. 8.
4. Use a mirror to place it on the platform below the head. This makes it easier to find the screws.
5. Loosen the bottom screw with M5 trapezoidal Allen wrench, and then remove the fixing block of the head.
6. Use a wrench to push up the slider of the patch head with one hand, and hold the head tightly with the other hand so that it can be slowly pulled out.
7. Press the tracheal interface with needle-nose pliers, pull out the trachea, and remove the patch head.
Steps to install the placement head:
1. Usually, the placement head is installed at the No. 8 placement position.
2. Connect the patch head to the trachea.
3. Align the positioning hole of the slider of the patch head with the installation positioning pin of the head, and then press down the slider to fix it.
4. Use M5 trapezoidal Allen wrench to install the fixing block of the head. When tightening the screws, you need to lock the two screws together.
5. After all the placement heads are installed, perform Nozzle center correction on the installed Nozzle.
6. Prepare the materials.
7. Re-detect the reclaim height of the component/installation height parameters of the component.
8. Prepare a calibration scale board, and then stick it on the board with adhesive tape.
9. Follow the prompts to correct the Head Position Offset
