Used SMT Equipment Resale and Recovery

SMT Equipment Recycling

Sell idle, surplus or decommissioned SMT equipment as complete machines, line assets, feeders, placement heads or spare parts.

Running, idle, non-running, incomplete and damaged equipment can all be submitted. Send the machine or line list, current photos, condition, included accessories and location for the first screening.

This is a commercial recovery service focused on resale, reuse and parts value. Certified e-waste disposal or destruction is not included unless it is separately confirmed for the project.

SMT production equipment available for recycling and recovery
Running or Non-Running Running, stored, non-running or incomplete equipment can be reviewed.
One Machine or Full Line Single machines, mixed equipment lists and complete SMT lines.
Machines, Feeders and Parts Supporting assets may have value with the machine or on their own.
First commercial decision

Used SMT Equipment Value and Sale

Age alone does not determine whether an SMT asset can be sold. Platform demand, installed options, condition, completeness and the way equipment is grouped all affect the result.

A machine or asset list is screened item by item. We identify equipment that deserves further review, information still needed and assets that do not currently support a workable purchase.

Platform and Current Demand

Placement, printing, reflow and inspection platforms are compared with current complete-machine, replacement and parts requirements.

Condition and Fault Status

A running machine may suit resale, while a non-running or damaged unit may require repair evidence or retain only parts value.

Heads, Feeders and Options

Placement heads, feeder type, conveyor setup, tooling, software generation and machine-specific options can materially change demand.

Completeness

Missing controllers, cables, carts, covers or tooling may reduce complete-machine value while leaving another sale or parts option open.

Single Machine or Line

Assets are considered individually and as a possible line package so valuable machines are not hidden inside one blanket lot.

Quantity and Location

A single machine, feeder lot and full line create different inspection, removal, packing, transport and commercial requirements.

Equipment coverage

SMT Machines and Line Assets We Buy

Placement machines, printers, reflow ovens, inspection systems, conveyors and related assets can be submitted even when the exact model is not published online.

Project Size

Sell an SMT Line Together or by Machine?

A project may involve one machine, a mixed asset list, a partial production line or an entire SMT line.

An SMT line does not always achieve its best commercial result as one package. A printer, placement machine or inspection system may have standalone demand, while another asset is stronger as part of the line or as a source of reusable parts.

An Excel asset list or line layout can be used to separate machines that deserve individual review from equipment that should remain in a line package.

Project can start with Single Machine
or extend to a Complete SMT Line
Printer→SPI→Placement→Reflow→AOI→Handling
The same review can identify which assets are stronger as individual machines, which belong in a line package and which only have a practical parts route.
Separate Asset Value

SMT Feeders, Heads and Parts

Feeders, placement heads, nozzles, carts, boards, drives, motors, sensors, tooling and stored spares may support another installed machine or have demand apart from the main equipment.

Document these resources before combining everything into one lot. A feeder inventory or placement-head set may serve a different buyer need from the placement machine itself.

SMT feeder available as a separate recovery asset Feeders
SMT placement head available as a separate recovery asset Placement Heads
Boards, drives and machine electronics may remain useful where mature SMT platforms are still in service.
Nozzles, motors, sensors, tooling and stored spares can also be reviewed separately.
Recovery Process

How SMT Equipment Recovery Works

A formal valuation report is not required. The model or equipment list, current photos, basic condition, quantity and location are normally enough for an initial review.

Send Equipment Information

Share the model or equipment list, current photos, condition, quantity and location.

Review the Equipment

We consider identity, configuration, completeness, condition and current demand.

Confirm the Commercial Outcome

The result may be a complete-machine, line-package, feeder, head or parts opportunity—or no purchase when the equipment does not support a workable transaction.

Agree the Transaction

Confirm accepted assets, included accessories, price basis, payment point and equipment-release conditions before anything moves.

Plan the Handover

Removal, access, packing, loading and transport are discussed only for the accepted assets.

Inspection and delivery scope

SMT Equipment Inspection and Handover

Inspection requirements follow the accepted equipment and available condition evidence. Current photos, power-on video, alarm information, configuration records and visible completeness can be reviewed before an on-site inspection is considered.

Removal, factory access, packing, loading, transport and cross-border documents are assigned according to the actual location and agreed transaction. On-site coordination may be possible when the equipment, project scale and location support it; it is not included automatically.

Industrial PCs, storage media, production programs, user accounts and software licenses should be identified before release so the owner and buyer can agree what remains, what is removed and what may legally transfer with the equipment.

FAQ

SMT Equipment Recycling FAQ

Yes. A project can begin with one placement machine, printer, reflow oven, inspection system or another individual SMT asset.

Yes. Non-running, damaged and incomplete equipment can be submitted. Acceptance depends on the model, remaining components, condition, location and available demand.

Yes. A complete or partial line can be reviewed as one project, while individual machines are still considered according to their own demand and condition.

Yes. Include the machine position, manufacturer, model, quantity, condition and available accessories. A corresponding photo package helps us identify which assets need more detailed evidence.

Screening can begin after the machine or line list, current photos, basic condition, quantity and location are available. The time needed for a commercial decision depends on the number of assets and missing configuration or condition evidence.

They can. Model, quantity, condition, compatibility and demand determine if they are more useful with the machine or as a separate lot.

Send the model or equipment list, current photos, basic condition, quantity and location. Additional details can be requested only when they affect the result.

Yes. International projects can begin remotely. Feasibility is based on the equipment, quantity, location, access, packing and transport conditions.

The accepted asset list, price basis, inspection or acceptance conditions, payment point and release responsibilities are confirmed before collection. The exact sequence depends on the transaction and location.
