Its main function is to automatically store the product when the inspection equipment determines that the product is NG (defective product) to prevent it from flowing into the next process, thereby ensuring the smooth progress of the production line.
Working principle and function
When the inspection equipment determines that the product is OK, the NG buffer will flow directly to the next process; when the inspection equipment determines that the product is NG, the NG buffer will automatically store the product. Its working principle includes:
Storage function: Automatically store the detected NG products to prevent them from flowing into the next process.
Control system: Using Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen interface operation, the control system is stable and reliable.
Transmission function: The lifting platform and photoelectric sensing system controlled by the servo motor ensure smooth transmission and sensitive sensing.
Online function: Equipped with SMEMA signal port, it can be connected with other devices for online automatic operation
