This new HOTFLOW is based on the proven Ersa proprietary heating technology with multi-point nozzles and is a third-generation machine. As early as the development stage of this HOTFLOW series machine, the designers focused on improving heat transfer efficiency, reducing energy and N2 consumption, improving cooling effects, and optimizing process control by completely redesigning the process tunnel.
Whether in terms of production efficiency or floor space, HOTFLOW is a well-deserved benchmark in the industry. With its dual-track, triple-track, and now quad-track options, production capacity can be increased by 4 times without increasing the floor space! In addition, different speeds and PCB widths can be set for each track to achieve maximum production flexibility.
Currently, the machine can be set to four different speeds and rail widths to process three different products simultaneously. To guarantee the highest availability of the machine, we use only the highest quality materials. Finally, all major parts can be replaced within a few minutes, reducing machine downtime to a minimum.
