Get Quote →Recently our SMT placement machine started throwing away components much more frequently, especially 0402 resistors. We’ve already checked the feeders — all seem fine: proper pitch, tape pressure, and feeding position.
We even swapped feeders between slots, but the problem stays the same.
The nozzles have been cleaned, and no program parameters were changed. Still, the dropping rate keeps increasing.
