Instructions

Pass the upper roll and transmission roll of the material through the material belt guide groove and the main frame, open the upper cover roll from the head end of the material belt until the material is sucked, place the transmission roll in the slot of the guide rail, make the sprocket clamp the moving groove of the transmission roll, pull down the material belt guide rail, ensure that the material belt guide rail is flat against the transmission roll, and the transmission roll is normally clamped in the sprocket. Finally, hang the fixed and separated upper cover roll flat between the gear and the forming gear.

Feeder debugging: After installation, conduct a trial run to observe the transmission of the material in the feeder. If there is any abnormality, adjust the position of the feeder and the material in time to ensure the accuracy and stability of the mounting.

Maintenance
