Principle

The DEK Printer 02i uses a visual camera system to position the substrate and stencil through an electric control mechanism. Its motion control mechanism precisely controls the movement of the scraper, including parameters such as speed, pressure and stroke. During the printing process, the scraper squeezes the solder paste from the opening of the stencil to the pad position on the substrate to achieve precise printing of the solder paste.

MOTOR COMMS FAILURE: It may be a motor communication failure, such as Z axis brake and belt failure, subsystem card failure, insufficient drive card voltage, etc.

Vision Hardware error 1: It may be an error in the program.

PRINT CARRIGE ERROR: Usually there is a problem with CARRIGE MOTOR and brakes.

Maintenance methods

Common fault information and maintenance ideas

Packing board alarm: It may be that the board output sensor is broken. The maintenance idea is to replace a new sensor and re-weld it.

Stencil lock is not tight: Usually the solenoid valve is broken and needs to be replaced.

Printing paste is offset: It may be that the parameters are incorrect. You can try to adjust the parameters such as Vision Height and PCB thickness so that the Camera can clearly capture the Mark point.

The printing head rises and cannot be lowered: Check whether the power box connector is loose. If it is loose, re-tighten the connector of the power box behind the machine.

The MARK point cannot be captured: The reason may be that the baffle plate is not flexible up and down, the air pipe connector is broken, the Mark size is incorrect, the Mark on the STENCIL and PCB is abnormal, the Reference Mark is incorrect, etc. The corresponding maintenance ideas are to adjust the oil, replace the air pipe connector, enter the correct Mark point size, replace the Stencil, and calibrate the Reference Mark point.
